The following list will show you the vindhyavasini.org Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellations can be made 48 hrs or more before the Puja events. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hrs of the event, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for Pujas.
Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to vindhyavasini.jogamaya@gmail.com Mail shall contain following details:-

Cancellation Reason:
Refund Account Details:
Once the product is shipped, we will share the tracking number to the receiver, and you can track the package on yourself.
If the product is out of the packing when you receive please send us a picture and do not consume / use it. We will send you another package.
